A note from Rea -
I didn’t grow up knowing how to train.
When I first started going to the gym, I was overwhelmed. I would save random workouts from social media, try them for a week, get frustrated, and start over. I wanted a smaller waist and stronger glutes, but I had no structure. I was working hard, just not effectively.
What changed everything for me was learning that results are built on progression, not motivation.
Once I understood how strength training actually works and how to fuel my body properly, my physique started changing in a way that finally made sense. My waist tightened. My glutes grew. I felt stronger. More confident. More in control.
And I didn’t have to live in the gym to do it.
That is why I created Train with Rea.
My programs are built around the same structure I use myself. Progressive strength training paired with intentional Pilates sculpt work. No random exercises. No extremes. No crash dieting.
Just a clear plan you can follow without second guessing yourself.
I believe you can build a strong, feminine body without giving up your life. You do not need perfection. You need consistency and the right structure.
