All Train With Rea products are digital products.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our programs, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we cannot revoke access once files or program materials have been accessed or downloaded.

This policy protects our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all customers.


Incorrect Purchases

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Purchasing the wrong program

  • Failing to read the product details

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the transaction.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving digital access violates this agreement.

If a chargeback is initiated without valid cause:

  • Access to all materials will be revoked

  • Future purchases may be restricted

  • The matter may be pursued further if necessary
